Projectrequest Action for Outlook

Overview

I get lots of requests for new projects, even while I am busy with long term projects. The manual process of this mails takes a lot of time and at the end all get the same response, telling that I am grateful, but busy and will probably be available by a given date and will contact the people as soon as my situation changes. After all I add them to a mailing list for further communication. It would be great to have a macro / module to automate this steps.

Requirements

1. A MS-Outlook 2003 Extension is needed meet this requirements
2. On the menu bar of received emails one or two buttons will provide the described functionality
3. Optionally the functionality can be applied fully automatic by defining appropriate rules
4. Upon clicking on the button the following actions will be undertaken:
1. The email is replied with a predefined message
2. The sender of the email is retreived and added to a mailing list
3. The message is deleted
5. Optionally predefined emails are available for english and german (seperate buttons)
6. Optionally the mailing list is not maintened within the outlook contacts, but by a list server like gnu mailman, so the extension need to send a subscription email to the mailing list server.
